Develop — Innovation
We explore and test better ways to make housing affordable, sustainable and scalable. Our innovation work can include alternative building materials, material engineering, sustainable construction methods, modular housing, climate-resilient approaches and new housing models.

Influence — Advocacy & Systems Change
We engage with the systems that determine housing access. This includes government partnerships, housing policy, public-private partnerships, industry dialogue, research, advocacy and engagement with international housing institutions.
