The Concept
TAF City explores how planned development, infrastructure and housing can be brought together within a structured model designed around affordability, predictability and timely delivery.

TAF City Model
The TAF City Model is HOHI's first flagship innovation concept.
It explores a model of city development built around deliberate town planning, basic infrastructure, cost stability and timely delivery.
The concept is structured around a Special Economic Zone model, with fixed costs irrespective of inflation and timely delivery identified as core promises.
TAF City explores how planned development, infrastructure and housing can be brought together within a structured model designed around affordability, predictability and timely delivery.
Planned communities require more than individual buildings. TAF City places town planning and basic infrastructure at the centre of its development concept.
TAF City represents HOHI's broader belief that housing innovation should not only focus on individual building technologies.
Innovation can also involve how communities are planned, financed, delivered and sustained.
The TAF City Model will follow HOHI's broader approach: Pilot → Measure → Learn → Improve → Scale.
